When I started with InMotion Software in 2019, they had a quirky, talented and widely diverse team. Unfortunately, all of that was hidden behind an early 2000's Audi aesthetic that didn't scratch the surface of who they were. It became quickly apparent that while the team at InMotion did amazing work, they weren't doing much to promote themselves, their achievements passing by the Austin tech community without notice. 
I and a dedicated team of volunteers within the company sought to find a solution to their nonexistent visibility so that InMotion Software might take its place as one of Austin's leading product agencies. 

The previous Branding
InMotion wanted to keep the icon that made them recognizable to clients and partners alike. What they needed was an update that would modernize their brand and make it more agile for future campaigns.

Cross Platform Campaigns
We determined that the best way to demonstrate the quirky, diverse team at InMotion was to humanize the brand. We decided on an illustrative icon system that could be implemented over web and marketing materials.

Our first campaign was simple: we needed people to know who we were and what we could do and demonstrate the diversity of our team.
